we went to lake whitney this weekend to do some striper fishing and catch big stripers. We had a guide with a big 24ft bay boat. he tried his best to get some stripers but to no avail.
We ended up catching about 100 sandies with about 22 keepers but no stripers.
It was a fun trip and learned a lot and plan to catch some big hybrids next week at Hubbard. here's some pics

| does anyone know a good website to go to that "teaches" you how to do this slab fishing? I have never done it & would like to take my small boat (9' inflatable) out on Ray Hubbard & catch these sand bass using this method of fishing. Any help would be appreciated. |
