I am not new to fishing but I am new to keeping my catch and cleaning it. What are some guidelines to keeping the fish tasting good. Once I catch should I keep them alive on a stringer? On the way home on ice? And the most important question how to clean them? I am catching catfish so that is what I am wanting to clean. Question
