| Fished the 1st brigde west of Rockwall Sat. morning. No bites. Talked with a few others whom had the same luck. Also fished several stumps north of the bridge. Not one bite. Where are all the crappie. |

| I just rented a slip on the lake. Caught a couple of black crappie in about 3 feet of water. Fish are starting to come in to the shallows. Fish around weeds and brush. Good luck! |

Last night, just before dark, I caught 2 in about an hour along the bank using a white/chartreuse jig in about 2-3 foot of water.
I think they are in the shallows around weeds, brush, and cattails, too. |

| Went fishing at my boat slip today(Sun Apirl 4th)at Harbor Bay Marina and saw several people having a lot of luck catching crappie (some with 10 keepers) they were all using minnows. Sorry so late to reply. |
