Hello to all. I just brought my Sailfish 266c (twin yammies) back from the coast and will start fishing quite a bit once again on Hubbard and Tawakoni. Anyone have good suggesstions on where to get bream on a regular basis? I was fortunate enough to find a few folks catching/selling bream at one of the marinas last time (pics attached). With this large of a boat, getting in/around marinas to catch em is tough. Any thoughts? I'll be on the water quite a bit over the summer and have some trips lined up to take folks out. Holler if you see me on the water!
Anyone know why I cannot post pics?
Thanks,
David |

| I like to catch them in small city ponds. You can usually catch them fairly quickly |

dpewitt shouldn't be any reason you can post a picture, I've had good luck in the past catching bream around the marinas, bridge pillars, and rip rap early morning on waxworms.

ok thanks. Need to lookup some local city ponds I guess and figure out a way to transport (should not be a big deal).

1 small pole
5-6 feet of 2 lb line
1 small hook
1 small can of corn
Set up pole
open can of corn and pour juice into water
start jigging slowly with 1 pc of corn on the hook
sit back and catch em.
If nothing else if going on, I used to setup half a cane pole for my son and let him catch my bait. He has a blast, he stays busy and I get bait. |

| Ahhh. so you cannot upload pics directly to this board even though the functionality below says you can. Gotcha. Well I'll work on getting pics up somehow to another website so I can post them via an HTTP link. |
