| Anyone ever fished below the dam at Hubbard? Is there a way to get a boat in there to fish the discharge of the "new" power plant? |

| If you have a small aluminum boat that a couple guys can carry, you can put in there where hwy80 crosses the river behind the damn. I have'nt fished it since the new power plant has been built, but I have caught alot of hybrids when they were letting water out of the damn, right there where it bottle necks into the river. you,re not sappose to go that far up and we did get run off, but we caught alot of nice ons before we did. |
