Hey yall, i just moved down here to DFW (North Fort Worth from Illinois, was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on any lakes that have public fishing docks or public shoreline and thier locations. I have been attempting to locate something and it seems like every incjh of shoreline has someones house and private boat dock on it, had to leave my boat in Illinois so im a shore fisherman for now

Welcome to Texas and the Forum.

Here is a web site that will have a ton of the necessary info to get you started!

Select a lake...then look at the public info on it where it shows boat ramps and the State parks

You'll also find the laws, limits, types of fish, and much more.
