Now that the fishing seems to have improved -- according to other lists -- this list has totally died.
Why?
Is everything so secret no one can know?
I haven't been out for weeks -- due to both boat problems and guests from Europe who have no interest in either fishing or boating. Going out tomorrow -- hope to catch some fish. |

Wasn't feeling well -- got about an hours sleep last night.
Decided it would make much more sense to go out on a less crowded day -- esp since my trolling motor is not working.
I could just see folks getting really angry if I had to start up and cause an entire school to sound.
Too crowded, too many boats -- maybe Monday. |

Went out for a couple of hours today. Too hot.
From now on - out at 6:30AM, back by 11:00AM.
Saw a lot of scattered fish on the finder -- caught two little sandies and one decent hybrid. Released all, went back in.
Will prob go again on Fri. morning. There's got to be a pattern -- hope someone can puzzle it out. |

Hi Tina
I haven't been fishing for a while but am tentatively planning going early in the morning.
I have only been fishing for the cats but will be trying for the other varieties for a change.
Will report the results if I make it out there.
Thanks for your reports. |

Went out early yesterday for a couple of hours.
Found some fish, found the "boat show".
Since my trolling motor is not working, did not want to barge into the middle of the group. Found some fish but did not get presentation right. Didn't see anyone else catch fish either. Back again Monday or Tuesday -- this time will go out late.
Found no surface action. |

| The heat keeps us off the water most weekend. We hit it this weekend and did ok. |

| Went out this morning looking for schoolies and/or birds with no results. Went from Robertson Park to the jetty flats, to the I-30 hump by Bass Pro, and got nothing. the reports I have been seeing say there are lots of very small sandies being caught, mostly in the afternoon, so hopefully things will get better as fall weather sets in & it cools off. |
