Went out Sunday for 5-6 hours, found a few pockets of surfacing fish around RP & at the jetty, but all were small. This has been the pattern for me the last few times I have been out. Small fish on top, and small fish on the bottom. Used sassy shad & jigs for topwater fish, & green slab for bottom fish. No difference in size either way. Hopefully, bigger fish will show up when the temp cools off in October.
